We work, with Product team, on the development of the New App Mi movistar, Vivo and O2: App design, optimization and localization to the different countries of Europe and Latam.
Coordinated with the Group's Performance team and the CRO, we have developed countless campaigns on all digital platforms: Self-optimized dynamic pieces and weekly creative reviews manage to improve CTR week by week.
Any new product requires a dual path of education, that of the consumer and that of the parent company's sales, quality and operations staff. We participate in the development of countless tutorials, training videos and e-learning campaigns.
