In 2010 we began our collaboration with IBERIA in its evolution as a brand, working on a multitude of projects, from the development of automation systems for ground services to tutorials and on-board communication to digital B2C campaigns.
We were responsible for developing the entire Ui / UX as well as the creative development of ground communication systems including automation systems for information, boarding and baggage dispatch services.
We develop online and offline communication campaigns dedicated to generating consideration and brand recognition as well as communicating new services or destinations. “Tweetflights” is an example of them: An initiative where, through tweets, with the # of Iberia's new destination you were able to move their planes with the possibility of winning a flight if your tweet made the plane land.
We work hand in hand with the Community Management agency in the development and growth of IBERIA's networks. Our main scope of work was the development of tactical campaigns to attract fans and generate engagement. We did it through games, contests and fun promotional activations adapted to each network
